Talent Acquisition Specialist
SuperCom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and help source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs

Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
-
Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidate
-
Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a standout experience.
Requirements:
-
2+ years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role at a tech company

Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - experience with Comeet - Advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
