Talent Acquisition Specialist

SuperCom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and help source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs

  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications

  • Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidate

  • Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a standout experience.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role at a tech company

  • Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress.

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - experience with Comeet - Advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills
