
Receptionist (HERZLIYA)
SuperCom is looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The receptionist will report to our HR & Operation manager, for a part-time position in our Herzliya office. If you're a passionate self-starter, we would be happy to welcome you to our team!
Job Description and Responsibilities:

Sunday – Wednesday mornings (8:30 – 13:00), Thursday afternoon (13:00 – 17:00)

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Maintain reception area (front desk) and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries

Scheduling meetings and calendar appointments when needed

Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Assist employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience

Support ad hoc and ongoing projects on all relevant admin aspects
Requirements

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English – a must

Experience as a receptionist at a Hi Tech/Startup company – Advantage

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Excellent interpersonal skills: service-oriented, positive, proactive attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office
