Receptionist (HERZLIYA)

SuperCom is looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

The receptionist will report to our HR & Operation manager, for a part-time position in our Herzliya office.  If you're a passionate self-starter, we would be happy to welcome you to our team!


Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Sunday – Wednesday mornings (8:30 – 13:00), Thursday afternoon (13:00 – 17:00)

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Maintain reception area (front desk) and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

  • Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries

  • Scheduling meetings and calendar appointments when needed

  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

  • Assist employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience

  • Support ad hoc and ongoing projects on all relevant admin aspects



  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English – a must

  • Experience as a receptionist at a Hi Tech/Startup company – Advantage

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: service-oriented, positive, proactive attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
