NPI Engineer
SuperCom is looking for an experienced NPI Engineer to join our team and handle the engineering activities in the organization, working with a variety of technologies and products.
Areas of Responsibility:

Configuration control in the organization: open P/Ns, product BOM and management ECO.

Responsibility for the company's mechanical design in a variety of technologies: plastics, metal, cable and assembly design, product packaging design.

Engineering support of the development process, responsibility for NPI activities, and cost reduction.

Transfer from development to production - construction and management of production portfolios, work instructions and tests, construction of testing and production devices.

Engineering support in the production processes of manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Defining replacement components and purchasing support.

Release of the products for serial production, including accompaniment and support for production and testing

Engineering management of RMA activities, including drawing conclusions for performing corrective and preventive activities.

Management of the ISO certification in the organization (9001, 14001, 27001).
Requirements:
-
Electronics or Industrial Engineer, with at least 4 years of experience as an NPI engineer.

Understanding and experience in development processes, transfer from development to production, quality control and production of electronic and mechanical.

Initiative, creativity and providing engineering solutions for improvement, cost reduction and optimization of processes.

Ability to work independently with the various departments of the organization in various areas of activity.

Ability to learn production processes from different areas of activity.
Experience:
-
Knowledge and experience in configuration control.

At least 4 years of experience in transfer from development to production, writing and management of technical documents.

Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors.
-
Knowledge of priority - mandatory.
-
Experience or support in procurement - an advantage.
Languages:
Hebrew and English at a very good level - writing, reading and speaking.
