Helpdesk Specialist

Job description:

2 years of experience as a helpdesk technician / Junior system administrator (military experience is an advantage)

Knowledge with PC hardware -laptops, desktops, printers etc.

Knowledge with computers networking – TCP/IP protocols, etc.

Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10 and Office 365.

Basic knowledge with Active Directory, DHCP, WSUS, DNS, file and print servers

Ability to carry up to 10 kilograms of weight is necessary.

Experience with Screens hardware, docking stations, network and display cabling.

Basic troubleshooting of telephony equipment is necessary.
Requirements:

Service Oriented -must.

Experience from small to mid-sized organizations.

Ability to effectively assist users in a results-driven environment and prioritize tasks.

Independent, out of the box thinker.

Has willingness to always learn new technologies.

MCITP/MCSA/CCNA Course graduate is an advantage.

Experience with Mac is also a plus.

Experience with meeting rooms equipment- LED screens, video conference, etc.

Knowledge with Windows server is an advantage
