SuperCom (NASDAQ:SPCB) is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated controller to join the finance team for a full-time position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. The controller will report directly to the CFO in our Tel Aviv headquarters.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closings and financial reporting according to US GAAP.

• Build and edit company public SEC filings.

• Support ongoing financial management and company projections.

• Supervise preparation of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.

• Preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidation.

• Manage a team of bookkeepers responsible for day-to-day financial activities.

• Support quarterly and annual audits.

• Assist in the preparation of the statutory financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

• Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a minimum of 3 years of audit experience.

• At least 2 years’ experience as a controller in a public corporation.

• US GAAP knowledge.

• Experience with Hi-tech companies - an advantage.

• Experience with USA public corporations – an advantage

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Outstanding attention to details and excellent time management skills.
